As of June 10th - This workshop is designed for teachers, designers and admins of all skill levels. Join us as we discuss a few teaching basics such as how to transfer face-to-face skills, set-up an online classroom, and ways to engage students from the beginning to the end of your course as well as how to access Moodle Community resources. We'll share our 5 favorite plug-ins and activities through real world examples. The workshop will culminate with a hands on activity challenge where attendees will work together to create an educationally sound and engaging activity in Moodle, which will then be shared with the group. Special emphasis will be placed on the relationship between teaching presence an engagement, completion tracking, and using activities to assess student understanding and learning.
