Everyone knows that expression—the one you make when the numbers just don’t do what you want them to do. This session will help smooth away that gradebook grimace! Together, we will cover understanding, setting up, and utilizing the Moodle gradebook to make your life easier.
Together, we will walk through:
· Choosing the Best Aggregation for the Gradebook
· Creating Gradebook Categories & Manual Grade Items
· Moving & Removing Items in the Gradebook
· Exploring the Other Sections of the Gradebook
· Grading & Providing Feedback through Manual Grade Items
· Grading & Providing Feedback through Moodle Activities
This session is a BYOD, Bring Your Own Device, session. When possible, bring the computer you will actually be working with when using Moodle. This allows your session experience to be reproduced exactly at home! Have fun with Gradebook and get your questions answered by Katie (affectionately known as Katie the Moodle Lady, by her institution).
